Weekly Prayer Reminder: 10-15-2007
As you all know, we are moving ahead with a New Worship Center! As we proceed, having the Center built on a foundation of prayer — your prayer — is very important. We cannot proceed without it! To help focus your prayer time, I will once again be relaying to you each week important events that are or will be occurring in the design and construction of the new Worship Center. 1. Our new Design Team of Group Mackenzie Architects and Perlo McCormack Pacific General Contractors and the finalization of our contract terms with them.
2. Development of an affordable concept design that reflects our desire for more sacred space and space to connect more with each other and our community. We have our third meeting with the Design Team this Thursday.
3. And for our overall Project Schedule: Design Phase — Oct 07-Apr 08; Bids Received — May 08; Groundbreaking — Jun-Aug 08; First Service — Jun-Aug 09
